Variation of condition 3 of planning approval 18/03939/FUL (Dated 13/08/2019) to allow four (4) rear roof dormers in conjunction with the redevelopment of site and erection of 4 x 3-bed single family dwellings, new access road and pedestrian footpath to be provided with parking area, private and communal amenity space and associated landscaping.

Removal of conditions 04,13,15 of Ref:19/03562/FUL which restricts occupation of the development before submission of a delivery and servicing plan (4), details of compliance with the Building Regulations Requirements M4 (2) Acceptable and Adaptable Dwellings (13) to be submitted and approved in writing and the submission and approval of the details of biodiversity enhancements (15) prior to occupation.

Variation of condition 2 of approval 16/05960/FUL to allow alterations to flats involving front/rear elevation, south/north elevation -lift over-run, triple window to dormer, additional roof light and first floor windows slightly larger together with amendments to the dwellings to include front elevation- arched window and gable feature,1st floor windows widened, south side elevation - additional roof light,north elevation- roof light position amended and 2No. first floor left hand windows slightly moved to right.

Removal of condition 14 (Drainage) of 20/00824/FUL in connection with the sub division of site and erection of a 2-storey, 3-bedroom single family dwelling house with private amenity space, refuse and recycling storage, cycle store and provision of off street car parking.
