Application pursuant to Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 - variation to Condition 15 of approval under ref: P13-00698LBE to amend the mix of affordable housing units on the site to the following: Social Rented: 5 x 1 bed units, 7 x 2 bed units, 7 x 3 bed units; Intermediate: 1 x 1 bed unit, 1 x 2 bed unit, 13 x 3 bed units and 4 x 4 bed units in respect of construction of a new road connecting to Gardiner Close, incorporation of existing public footpath within the redevelopment site and erection of a total of 38 residential units, with associated car parking, garaging, amenity space and play area, together with erection of a substation and pumping station, and reconfiguration of turning area to Falcon Road Spur car park.

Non material amendment to TP/07/1623 for extension of hours of construction (condition 23) amendment to construction methodology of construction of a football training centre comprising a building incorporating training and associated facilities, ancillary buildings and plant, external pitches, access roads, parking, pathways, fences and external lighting.

Minor material amendment to create basements with sunken gardens with lighting and changes to fenestration to ref: TP/08/0628 construction of an access road and redevelopment of site to provide 3 x 5-bed two storey single family dwelling houses with integral garages at front and new access to Cockfosters Road.

Non material amendment to P12-00224PLA to allow the first floor bridge link and resultant amendments to north elevation, new external covered walkway connecting the main building with the sports/ arts building and relocate theatre entrance, minor elevation amendments to the new building and increased plant height on roof for the redevelopment of site. Partial demolition of existing building and erection of a 2-storey teaching building, link bridge at first floor level and two storey entrance extension, together with erection of external canopies, lift housing, associated landscaping, extension to existing car park, construction of new pedestrian access and relocation of multi-use games area to rear.
