A comprehensive phased development comprising the demolition of all existing buildings and structures and the erection of building blocks to provide a mixed use scheme that would accommodate 496 residential units (Use Class C3), 15,029 sqm of mixed use Class E (g - office/light industrial processes) and B8 (storage and distribution) together with 166 sqm of Class E (a, b, and c) for retail floor space. The development would comprise thirteen buildings that would range between two and twelve storeys around new public realm with pedestrian, car and cycle routes with landscaping, play space, car and cycle parking and servicing arrangements.

Details of materials, levels, enclosure, traffic calming, access road and junctions, surfacing, wheel cleaning, excavation of trenches, tree protection and works, planting, footpath/cycle link, railings, gates, lighting columns and pedestrian access submitted pursuant to Conditions 3-4-5-8- 9-10-15-19-21-23-25-26-28-31-32-33-34-35 of permission dated 26/10/95 (Ref:TP/95/0531) for construction of access road from Highlands Hospital development and erection of 14 houses (comprising 9 two-bed, and 5 three-bed) with associated garaging and car parking spaces, involving the demolition of Nos. 183 and 185 Lonsdale Drive and the provision of a footpath/cycle way link between the Highlands Hospital site, across the allotment site to Lonsdale Drive.
