Variation of condition 3 of approval granted under ref: TP/11/0845 to allow extension of floodlighting times to court 3 from 08.00hrs to 22.00hrs.

Variation of conditions 16 & 17 of approval ref: P12-00048 to allow extension to time limitation for construction assessment/BRE accreditation and energy statement/certificate to be submitted for Change of use of office building (Class B1) to a 56 bedroom hotel (Class C1) with restaurant and bar at ground floor (Class A3/A4/A5), alterations to existing entrance, infill of corner undercroft involving shop front and external alterations.

Variation of conditions 2, 13 and 15 of TP/09/1031 and removal of condition 14 to allow a change to the drawing number of condition 2, removal of the second sentence of condition 13 and extend the time limit of the visitor parking signage.

Variation of condition 4 of TP/10/0109 to allow extension of delivery hours as follows: 07:00am to 22:00pm Monday-Friday and bank hoildays and 11.00am -17:00pm on sundays.

Variation of condition 02 of Ref: 21/04236/HOU to allow for the alterations to the roof with extension at side to form gable end with rear dormer, front and sides rooflights.
