Details of surfacing, levels, enclosure, planting, refuse storage, fume extraction, cycle parking, biodiversity enhancements, renewable energy strategy and construction logistics plan submitted pursuant to conditions 04, 05, 06, 08, 09, 10, 12, 13, 14 & 16 of approval under Ref:LBE/11/0009 for single storey extension to both sides of main building to expand from 2 to 3 form entry, 3 open air forecourts within main building, solar panes to existing roof over dining hall, alterations to car park layout and new canopy to south west elevation.
