Modification of Section 106A Agreement of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 dated 15 May 2002 in respect of ref:TP/02/0186, to discharge clauses 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3 and 3.1.4 relating to development implementation date, occupation of the building prior to completion of the access road and construction, maintenance and adoption of the access road; and, Section 106A Agreement dated 25 February 2003 in respect of ref:TP/02/1724 to discharge clauses 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 3.1.4 and 3.1.5 relating to development implementation date, occupation of the building prior to completion of the access road, construction, maintenance and adoption of the access road and travel plan.

Creation of temporary vehicular access from Cockfosters Road into the adjacent field involving removal of a section of hedgerow in association with Lawful Development Certificate reference 20/02207/CEA for a temporary works compound associated with the installation of a new water main.
