Non material amendment to 18/04890/VAR to allow new pedestrian walkway from units 1 and 3, alterations to fencing and gates to walkway and to site, inclusion of gabion wall along site frontage, installation of lifting bollards together with changes to surfacing materials and soft landscaping.
