Outline permission for the erection of No. 4 dwellings and amendment to access. (some matters reserved)

Variation of condition 02 (Approved Plans) of planning permission P0907/20/FUL to allow for first floor area increased to overhang the ground floor front entrance and garage creating a covered area and elevational treatment to amend the appearance of the two proposed 4 bed dwellings.

Erection of 57 No. dwellings with associated landscaping, parking and works. (Amendment to part of the scheme previously approved under P0370/19/FUL for the erection of 166 dwellings).

Non material amendment to approval of reserved matters P0457/20/APP to allow an alteration in brick type to be used in construction of new dwellings.

Non-material amendment to planning permission P1482/14/OUT to amend the wording of condition 14 to the following: "The development shall not begin until a scheme for the provision of affordable housing as part of the development has been submitted to an approved in writing by the Local Planning authority. The affordable housing shall be provided in accordance with the approved scheme and shall meet the definition of affordable housing in Annexe 2 of the National Planning Policy Guidance or any future guidance that replaces it. The scheme shall include : (i) The numbers, type, tenure, and location on the site of the affordable housing provision to be made which shall consist of not less than 40%of housing units; and (ii)The timing and the construction of the affordable housing and its phasing in relation to the occupancy of the market housing. The following details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local Planning authority, prior to the occupation of any dwelling within the proposed development; (iii) The arrangements for the transfer of the affordable housing to an affordable housing provider or for the management of the affordable housing if no registered provider is involved; (iv) The arrangements to ensure that such provision is affordable for both the first and subsequent occupiers of the affordable housing; and (v)The occupancy criteria to be used for determining the identity of occupiers of the affordable housing and the means by which such occupancy criteria shall be enforced."

Non material amendment to vary the wording of condition 22 to the following: 'All works forming part of the noise mitigation scheme approved pursuant to P0077/12/DISCON shall be implemented prior to the occupation of any dwelling within a phase alongside the bypass. Any departure from the approved noise mitigation scheme will need to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning authority and implemented prior to the occupation of any dwelling.'

Erection of three dwellings, construction of improved vehicular access and closure of existing vehicular access. (Amendment to approved development).
