Mature Narrow-leaved Ash in rear of garden overhanging neighbouring properties to the rear and side of Driftwood House. Application to pollard current tree to a height of approximately 15 metres. Tree has not been maintained in previous years and is now excessively large causing excessive leaf litter to neighbouring properties and potential risk of damage to boundary fence.

Row of 3 x Copper Beech on the rear boundary - Remove significant deadwood from tree nearest the house. Fell remaining 2 Copper Beech trees to near ground level, due to having lost more than 50% of their crowns to dieback due to soil compaction as a result of construction work when the houses were built. Oak tree beside the house - reduce in size to leave approximately 11.0m tall (2.0m off the height) and with a radial crown spread of approximately 5.5m (1.5m off the spread). Eucalyptus in the corner by the pond - this tree has girdling roots and is dying back in the crown now 40% dead. Fell to near ground level and treat stump to discourage re-growth.

Remove approximately 50 metres of hedgerow on the boundary between Churcham Farm House and the A40, in order to improve visilbility onto the main road.

1 x Large Oak with canopy reaching over Upper Road; crown lift branches over road to give 5 metres clearance. 3 x Conifers in front of house; remove to ground level to allow more light into the house. Large Laurel bush behind house; reduce by 50% in height and cut back to give 2 metres clearance to boundary wall, to allow for easier future maintenance.

Oak tree on south-eastern boundary of property: Reduce height of main stem by approximately one third, as tree is leaning heavily towards the house.

Reduce height of Palm tree (Trachycarpus fortunei) to 1.8 metres, due to proximity to summer house, boundary fence and overhead power cable.

Fell 1 X Silver Birch due to excessive size in proximity to the house and neighbouring Primary School, and causing damage to boundary wall. Replant with 1 x Silver Birch in the front garden further away from the house and boundary wall.

Erection of a new detached dwelling house with erection of associated garage block, alterations to existing vehicular access and associated works. Demolition of existing outbuildings and boundary walling.

Listed Building Consent for the installation of new 1.8m high hoop top metal fencing and bespoke automated metal vehicular in/out gates. Removal of existing timber fencing and metal vehicular in/out gates to east boundary (Speech House Road).
