T1. Willow, pollard to approximately 6m in order to prevent failure and retain tree in a manageable size as part of a long-term management programme. T2. Willow (in poor condition and previously had large branch failure) fell in order to prevent further failure.

Undertake the following work to trees covered by Tree Preservation Order number DFTPO 2. T1 and T2 (Lime), pollard both trees to a height of between 3 and 4 metres and remove one stem from each tree. T3 (Ash), fell due to potential for failure and to allow more space for adjacent Oak. T4 (Oak), reduce main lateral branch to 4 metres above ground level. T5 (Willow), fell due to extensive rot at base. T6 and T8 (Ash), reduce both trees to leave a 3 metre pole due to the presence of Ash Dieback. T7 (Ash), fell due to the presence of Ash Dieback and leaning heavily towards wildlife pond. T9 (Ash), fell one leaning stem, and reduce other main stem to a height of approximately 4 metres above ground level due to presence of Ash Dieback.

Fell 1 x Pine tree in front garden of 14 Butlers Mead, due to proximity to main drains, casting excessive shade on the property, and branches overhanging the adjacent road. Re-submission of application previously granted permission in 2018 under P0459/18/TCA that has now expired.

Remove Silver Birch (SB1 on submitted sketch plan). Reduce crown of Silver Birch (SB2 on submitted sketch plan) by one third.

Fell Horse Chestnut tree covered by T2 of Tree Preservation Order number DFTPO 195, due to safety concerns and injuries already caused by roots and falling branches.

Undertake works to the Oak trees covered by Tree Preservation Order number G41 TPO 239 as detailed in the accompanying tree report.

Undertake the following work to trees covered by Tree Preservation Order number DFTPO 260. Fell 2 x Ash trees (T7 and T8 on submitted sketch plan), due to presence of Ash Dieback. Remove dead, damaged and diseased branches from trees T2-T6.

Reduce 1 x Small Leaved Lime tree in rear garden near to previous pruning points as granted permission under planning application number P1323/14/TCA, whilst leaving some regrowth.

Reduce Bay tree to a height of approximately 4 metres in line with gutter level of adjacent property (Blackwells Cottage). The tree is impinging on the neighbouring property and also ineterfering with a telegrapkh pole and associated wires.

Ash tree covered by A1 of Tree Preservation Order number DFTPO 156. Large branch that is overhanging garden and roof of 63 Drovers Way to be cut back to main stem, due to concerns over potential property damage in high winds.
