Fell 1 x Holly tree that is approximately 2.5 metres in diameter and 4 metres high. The Holly tree has grown very high and wide, and even after pruning is affecting light and access to the glazed extension which was permitted in July 23. After consideration we wish to remove the Holly tree and replace elsewhere due to the Holly tree impinging on the property. The Holly Tree is within 2 metres of the new building extension and restricting light and view. Replacement Holly trees have been planted in the orchard hedge. Replacement trees in garden.

T1 is a mature Holm Oak standing to the South-east corner of the property and partially overhanging neighbouring property to south. Applicant would like to crown lift 2 limbs growing towards Lucy Court to south where they overhang. Remove 1 limb and cut back the second, also remove upright growth associated with these two limbs. This is to allow more light to adjacent property and to prevent the tree becoming a nuisance to neighbours. T2 is a Yew growing in the same area as T1, this overhangs neighbours car parking area.
