Crown reduction of approx 15% and crown lifting to a height of approx 2 metres to four trees adjacent to neighbour's fence and garage to prevent branches from contacting neighbour's property, and in addition to allow more light into that part of the garden. Trees to be reduced are T1 (Lime), T2 (London Plane), T3 (Lime) and T4 (Lime), all situated along the perimeter of the property and overhanging the neighbour's property. All trees were planted at the same time and are approx 15m high and 1m from neighbouring property.

Crab Apple in hedge-line between 6 The Orchards' garage and Dambarn Cottages parking - prune back crown by no more than 50% to bring crown height to just below level of garage, and thin out centre of crown by removing dead, damaged, diseased and crossing branches. Elder tree at rear of 6 The Orchards' garage - remove lower branches to raise crown to 3 m above ground level and reduce height to 4 metres.

1 x Alder (tree number 255 on the submitted tree survey): Crown reduction by 30% as recommended by surveyor. Removal or larger % reduction on the limb currently leaning towards neighbouring residential garage to make it safe.

Fell conifer that is situated between the house and garage. The tree is too large for the location, and is potentially unstable due to growing at an angle.

2 x Norway Maple and small diameter branches from various other species of DFTPO210 (W2) Crown lift to approximately 5 metres above ground where they overhang into the property, and pruned around the garage to give a clearance of approximately 2.5 metres.

Erection of detached garage with hardstanding / parking area. Demolition of existing sheds and garage. Removal of trees.

Remove 3 large pear trees and behind garage and coppice a hazel stand. In order to allow more light into the garden and the expansion of a new orchard. Replanting will be by native fruit trees.
