Variation of condition 2 (plans) of P0424/20/FUL to allow for the reduction in width of the glazed entrance lobby on the southern elevation, removal of the raised external terrace on the eastern elevation, amendments to fenestration within the elevations, amendments to the type, size, number and location of rooflights, alterations to the extent of brickwork and timber cladding on all elevations and alterations to internal layout at lower ground and ground floor levels, including toilet, staircase, offices positions etc.
