Undertake the following work to an Oak tree on the southern boundary of the property. Reduce lateral branches overhanging two neighbouring gardens to the south by between 10 and 20% and reduce lateral branches on the north side of the tree accordingly to retain balance. Remove any dead or hung-up branches.

Fell 1 x Variegated Poplar (A on the submitted sketch plan), due to declining condition, and to allow more space and light for the adjacent Ash tree. Fell 2 x immature Cypress trees (B and C), to allow more light through the canopy for the adjacent native and ornamental trees. Coppice 5 x Hazel trees (D, E, F, G and H).

Zelkova serrata (T1 on submitted sketch plan). Reduce by between 1 and 1.5 metres in accordance with BS 3998:2010. In order to prevent tree from becoming too large for its location.

Reduce height of Tulip Tree by approximately 5 metres, and reduce overall crown spread by between 3 and 4 metres.

Remove 1 x Poplar adjacent to footpath due to declining condition and associated public safety concerns.

T1 - Cherry growing out of boundary wall; reduce by approx 2m or to nearest suitable pruning point in accordance with BS3998:2010. In order to prevent the tree from pulling the wall over.

Oak tree (E02 on submitted sketch plan). Reduce branches overhanging boundary fence on north-east side of the tree by between 1 and 1.5 metres, and undertake similar crown reductions on the south and west sides of the tree in order to maintain a balanced shape.

Magnolia (M1 submitted on sketch plan) - Crown reduction of approximately one third.

Bay tree (B1 on submitted sketch plan). Prune back branches that are overhanging the adjacent wall.

Reduce Yew tree in rear garden by approximately 2 metres to suitable lateral growth points on it's northern side where it overhangs the neighbouring gardens of numbers 1 and 2 Almshouses Road.
