Reduce the height of 3 x Conifers on northern boundary of property by approximately 0.5 metres.

Crown reduce 1 x Acer (A1 on sketch plan) by one third. Crown reduce 1 x Fig (F1 on sketch plan) by one third. Crown reduce 1 x Laurel (L1 on sketch plan) by one third. Crown reduce 1 x Magnolia (M1 on sketch plan) by 50%.

Crown lift 1 x Conifer (C1 on sketch plan) to approximately 3 meters above ground level. Crown reduce 1 x Fig (F1 on sketch plan) by approximately one third.

Mature Narrow-leaved Ash in rear of garden overhanging neighbouring properties to the rear and side of Driftwood House. Application to pollard current tree to a height of approximately 15 metres. Tree has not been maintained in previous years and is now excessively large causing excessive leaf litter to neighbouring properties and potential risk of damage to boundary fence.

Prune back Hazel (H1 on sketch plan) from over adjacent out-building.

Prune back branches overhanging oil tank from Apple tree (A1 on sketch plan). Reduce crown of Apple tree (A2 on sketch plan) by approximately 50%.

Undertake the following work to 9 x mature Apple trees. Lightly prune all 9 trees to cut out water shoots, and thin out the crowns where branches cross.. The work is proposed in order to increase light and improve airflow to produce better and larger fruit.

Fell 1 x variegated Norway Maple as the tree is declining in condition and imposing upon the balance and shape of an adjacent mature Copper Beech tree.

Fell 1 x Magnolia grandiflora, as the tree has outgrown the small garden and is casting excessive shade.

Remove 1 x Cypress tree, which is dying back and currently supported by straps. Replacement planting with either an Apple or Plum tree.
