Undertake the following work to an Oak tree on the southern boundary of the property. Reduce lateral branches overhanging two neighbouring gardens to the south by between 10 and 20% and reduce lateral branches on the north side of the tree accordingly to retain balance. Remove any dead or hung-up branches.

T1 - Cherry growing out of boundary wall; reduce by approx 2m or to nearest suitable pruning point in accordance with BS3998:2010. In order to prevent the tree from pulling the wall over.

Oak tree (E02 on submitted sketch plan). Reduce branches overhanging boundary fence on north-east side of the tree by between 1 and 1.5 metres, and undertake similar crown reductions on the south and west sides of the tree in order to maintain a balanced shape.

Reduce the height of 3 x Conifers on northern boundary of property by approximately 0.5 metres.

Mature Narrow-leaved Ash in rear of garden overhanging neighbouring properties to the rear and side of Driftwood House. Application to pollard current tree to a height of approximately 15 metres. Tree has not been maintained in previous years and is now excessively large causing excessive leaf litter to neighbouring properties and potential risk of damage to boundary fence.

Cut back single stem of what is believed to be a Lilac tree as identified in the submitted photograph, in order to clear BT line and boundary wall.

T1 : Fell tree. Reason: Possibly dangerous dead tree infested with ivy with overhanging branches on boundary with lane and public footpath. T2 (Holly): Fell tree. Reason: Possibly dangerous weak tree seriously infested with ivy overhanging boundary with lane and public footpath. T3 (Holly): Fell tree. Reason: Weak tree with sparse growth previously infested with ivy. T4 (Plum): Fell tree. Reason: Dying/dead tree previously severely pruned. T5 (Holly): Fell tree. Reason: Holly tree in inappropriate place (flower/shrub bed) now casting deep shadow on growing/living areas and encroaching on mature apple tree.

Fell and remove 1 x dead Cherry tree, and pollard 1 x Apricot tree back to applicant's side of propery boundary.

Row of 3 x Copper Beech on the rear boundary - Remove significant deadwood from tree nearest the house. Fell remaining 2 Copper Beech trees to near ground level, due to having lost more than 50% of their crowns to dieback due to soil compaction as a result of construction work when the houses were built. Oak tree beside the house - reduce in size to leave approximately 11.0m tall (2.0m off the height) and with a radial crown spread of approximately 5.5m (1.5m off the spread). Eucalyptus in the corner by the pond - this tree has girdling roots and is dying back in the crown now 40% dead. Fell to near ground level and treat stump to discourage re-growth.

Silver Birch adjacent to lay-by in north west corner; 20% crown reduction. Cherry adjacent to lay-by in north-west corner; no more than 15% crown reduction. Yew along eastern edge of driveway; reduce eastern side of tree away from property boundary and reduce in height by 1 metre. Maple in centre of garden; 20% crown reduction. Prunus in eastern corner of garden; 20% crown reduction. Remove 1 x Hazel and 1 x Elder adjacent to shed; replant with Sweet Gum, Eucalyptus and Fig.
