Mature Narrow-leaved Ash in rear of garden overhanging neighbouring properties to the rear and side of Driftwood House. Application to pollard current tree to a height of approximately 15 metres. Tree has not been maintained in previous years and is now excessively large causing excessive leaf litter to neighbouring properties and potential risk of damage to boundary fence.

1 x Holly: Full removal including stump, due to tree outgrowing its situation. 1 x Magnolia: Reduce crown by one third but not its height, mainly a crown lift will take place. 1 x Box Elder: Reduce by a third and shape accordingly, due to years of not being touched. 1 x Hawthorn: Full removal of tree, as the trunk is increasingly decaying over the years and the tree is overhanging the summer house.

Remove 1 x standard Holly tree situated to the side of the house, in order to install a pond and seating area in its place. A replacement tree will be planted in the rear garden.

Remove large eucalyptus from over driveway, due to it dropping large branches over recent months and the house being used as a holiday venue and hence high usage of the drive. The tree will be replaced with a beech in order to create an 'avenue' approach to the house.

Lift crown of the large Lime tree in the public house garden, to the first large fork circa 18 foot off the ground. The lower branches are currently impeding the garden and preventing valuable light entering the garden. The lower branches are also now encroaching onto a neighbouring property.

Row of 3 x Copper Beech on the rear boundary - Remove significant deadwood from tree nearest the house. Fell remaining 2 Copper Beech trees to near ground level, due to having lost more than 50% of their crowns to dieback due to soil compaction as a result of construction work when the houses were built. Oak tree beside the house - reduce in size to leave approximately 11.0m tall (2.0m off the height) and with a radial crown spread of approximately 5.5m (1.5m off the spread). Eucalyptus in the corner by the pond - this tree has girdling roots and is dying back in the crown now 40% dead. Fell to near ground level and treat stump to discourage re-growth.

1 x dead ornamental Damson tree - remove for safety reasons due to proximity to house. 1 x Hornbeam in rear garden - prune two small branches by approximately 2 metres. 1 x Silver Birch in rear garden - prune one branch by approximately 2 metres.

Fell 1 x Tree of Heaven, due to being a mature tree in the wrong place, with roots entering main drain, diseased, close to power lines, branches falling off, too close to conservatory, undermining patio and close to the house foundations.

Fell 1 x Sycamore (C5), 1 x Fern-leafed Beech (C9), and 1 x Norway Maple (L6); due to close proximity to house and outbuilding and casting excessive shade.

1 x Large Oak with canopy reaching over Upper Road; crown lift branches over road to give 5 metres clearance. 3 x Conifers in front of house; remove to ground level to allow more light into the house. Large Laurel bush behind house; reduce by 50% in height and cut back to give 2 metres clearance to boundary wall, to allow for easier future maintenance.
