Undertake the following work to trees covered by Tree Preservation Order number DFTPO 260. Fell 2 x Ash trees (T7 and T8 on submitted sketch plan), due to presence of Ash Dieback. Remove dead, damaged and diseased branches from trees T2-T6.

Discharge of Condition 7 (surface water drainage scheme) and Condition 8 (Construction Management Plan) relating to planning permission P1706/19/FUL.

Erection of a single storey extension with associated works.

Discharge of Condition 4 (Reasonable Avoidance Measures Statement) and 5 (Biodiversity Enhancement Scheme) relating to planning permission P0475/23/FUL.

Variation of condition 02 (approved plans) relating to P0978/23/FUL to allow for alteration to fenestration, roof and porch.

Undertake a 30% reduction to 1 x Bird Cherry, by cutting back to previous cut points in order to keep clear of powerlines and to manage excessive shade in residential garden. Works to be consistent with previous applications.

Listed building consent to reinstate outside cellar walls and render cellar steps with safety handrail and a short metal rail installed on top of both walls. Removal of old render and concrete from the back (roadside) wall and re-render using lime rendering and associated works. (Part retrospective)

Variation of condition 01 (Approved Plans) of permission P0197/23/APP for addition of footpath to plots 1 and 2, alterations to elevations of plots 10 and 11, and removal of a retaining wall

Reduce 1 x Small Leaved Lime tree in rear garden near to previous pruning points as granted permission under planning application number P1323/14/TCA, whilst leaving some regrowth.

Reduce Bay tree to a height of approximately 4 metres in line with gutter level of adjacent property (Blackwells Cottage). The tree is impinging on the neighbouring property and also ineterfering with a telegrapkh pole and associated wires.
