Discharge of Condition 1 (Commencement), Condition 2 (approved plans), Condition 3 (roofing and external facing materials), Condition 4 (no gates, fences, walls etc. other than those indicated on approved plans shall be carried out to the southern or western boundaries), Condition 5 (no window, door or other form of opening other than those on approved plans may be installed or created in the eastern elevation), Condition 6 (surface water drainage scheme), Condition 7 (development to be carried out in accordance with S8 of the GCN Assessment), Condition 8 (how biodiversity gains will be installed), Condition 9 (external lighting), Condition 10 (Construction Management Plan) and Condition 11 (existing and proposed site and floor levels and site sections) relating to planning permission P1722/17/FUL.

Alterations and improvements to existing field access including the erection of a post and rail fence.

Change of use of land to provide yurt accommodation and erection of a fence with associated works.

Change of use of land for overnight parking of passenger carrying vehicles, including perimeter fencing and lighting, and re-use of existing building for staff welfare and operational support (sui generis).
