Fell 1 X Silver Birch due to excessive size in proximity to the house and neighbouring Primary School, and causing damage to boundary wall. Replant with 1 x Silver Birch in the front garden further away from the house and boundary wall.

Remove 1 x Leyland Cypress of DFTPO68 (A3), due to the roots of the tree causing extensive damage to block paving and blocking the drainage system of Huntley Manor, which in turn has resulted in severe water ingress to the cellar of the main house causing damage to the historic fabric of the building through damp penetration.

Fell 1 X Dawn Redwood due to being too close to the house and causing structural damage. Undertake 25% crown reduction to 1 x Keaki and 1 x Horse Chestnut.
