Pruning works to Ash tree located within the woodland to the rear of 16 Pennyfine Road. Prune back limbs over hanging property boundary to suitable growth point to prevent damage to summer house that will be located close to tree and remove major deadwood.

Change of use from dwellinghouse (use class C3) to residential children's home (use class C2), conversion of existing double garage into new entrance accommodating staff office, WC, laundry room and electrical and boiler cupboard and erection of fence along west boundary of site (revised application) (Parking layout submitted 22.08.2022).

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning approval DC/19/00001/FUL allowed at appeal (subdivision of the garden and erection of a detached house) to allow the repositioning of the detached house away from the northern boundary of the site, the introduction of a car port adjacent the southern boundary of the site and changes to the design of the proposed house (replacement of glazed roof over ground floor kitchen with tiled roof).
