Proposed detached single garage with pitched roof and alteraions to boundary fence (as amended 19.07.22).

Replace flat roof with pitched roof to front and side remove upvc full height window and replace with brick work. Remove upvc porch and replace with oak post and roof support structure, alterations to the boundary wall/fence.
