Discharge of conditions 5 (Window and door details), 7 (Flood Risk Mitigation Strategy), 9 (Boundary Treatment Details) 11 (Cycle Storage Details) and 13 (Travel Plan) of planning approval DC/20/00939/FUL for conversion of the buidlings for 12 apartments.

Proposed property extensions, including garage to front, two-storey side extension, single storey rear extension with balconies to first and second floors. Dormer windows to side of existing roof and a new boundary wall to front elevation including electric entrance gate (as amended 05/07/22).

Alterations proposed to timber pergola already constructed to side (west) elevation (retrospective). Installation of log burner including external flue to side (east) elevation and removal of window.
