Alterations proposed to timber pergola already constructed to side (west) elevation (retrospective). Installation of log burner including external flue to side (east) elevation and removal of window. Replace flat roof with pitched roof to front and side remove upvc full height window and replace with brick work. Remove upvc porch and replace with oak post and roof support structure, alterations to the boundary wall/fence.
