Approved front pitched roof porch and rear extension (DC/20/01005/HHA) to be substituted by a front flat roof porch and A rear orangery

To change the roof tiles to the existing dwelling and new extension from the approved plans. The change would be to recover the entire roof area with crest planum flat concrete tiles in anthracite grey from double roman style tiles.

The new design omits the side and front section of the extension. Only the single storey to the rear of the property is now proposed with a flat roof instead of a pitched roof. (NMA application for the previously approved proposal DC/19/01141/HHA) (as amended 25/11/22).
