LISTED BUILDING CONSENT: Replace 4 first floor windows on front of house with sash slim-line units or standard double glazed alternative, replace first floor bathroom window at rear with new sash standard double glazed, replace double sash dormer window on 2nd floor at rear with double glazed sash and replace first floor casement window at rear with standard double glazing unit.

Removal of existing main roof and dormer, installation of replacement slate roof (not including new dormer), installation of new support timbers and repair of brickwork where required to support the new roof, installation of new ridge tiles and cement verge, grinding out and repointing of chimney stack and fitting of new lead to chimney stack.
