Removal of existing main roof and dormer, installation of replacement slate roof (not including new dormer), installation of new support timbers and repair of brickwork where required to support the new roof, installation of new ridge tiles and cement verge, grinding out and repointing of chimney stack and fitting of new lead to chimney stack.
