Condition 5 - Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved details of the soft and hard landscape works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The detailed landscape plans and particulars shall include details of size, species, positions and densities of all trees, hedges and shrubs to be planted together with a programme of implementation. The development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. Information provided in drawing 'MH-HD-2190-PL-A' satisfies the above condition 5. Condition 8 - Prior to the occupation of building(s) hereby permitted, details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority as to the position within the development of two (2) Electric Vehicle Recharging Points. The Electric Vehicle Recharging Points shall be in a prominent position on the site and shall be for the exclusive use of zero emission vehicles. The Electric Vehicle Recharging Points shall be installed prior to occupation of any part of the development and shall be thereafter maintained in the location as approved for the lifetime of the development. Information provided in drawing 'MH-HD-2190-PL-A' satisfies the above condition 8.
