Crown lift to 7 metres to reduce the overhanging nature of the lower canopy; crown cleaning to remove major dead wood over 10 mm in diameter; lateral canopy reduction by 2.5 metres leaving pruning wounds no greater than 10 mm in diameter formed at suitable replacement branch points (if this does not give a clearance from the property roof space of 3 metres additional reduction to a point that is achievable is acceptable again leaving pruning wounds no greater than 10 mm in diameter formed at suitable replacement branch points)
