(1) Cutting back the bordering trees all-round the site to the fence line marked A, B & C on the sketch, (2) Re pollarding 2 ash trees either side of delivery gate marked 1 & 2 on the sketch, (3) Crown lifting all trees over footpaths to 3M & over road to 5M full length of property marked 4 on the sketch, (4) Tree near office marked 5 on sketch, prune back from windows/building by 2M and crown lift to 3M, (5) Crown lift to 3M all trees adjacent to carpark marked 4 on sketch and remove all epicormic growth from bottom of trees, and (6) Cut out line of site for rear right CCTV camera in far-right rear corner of carpark marked 6 on the sketch by pruning corner trees back to fence border.

Installation of additional windows to existing steel clad office/industrial unit.
