Demolish attached garage & erect extension of equivalent footprint. Replace existing hip roof finish with fibre- cement slates & a gabled configuration. Add open front porch & re-render bungalow with additional installation.

Demolish detached garage, extend bungalow to side and rear, build external walls 450mm higher and replace roof with attic accommodation. Fix external insulation and render finish to existing external walls.
