Removal of existing masonry wall along the back of the pavement of Parry Way. Replace with a timber constructed fence at 1.8m in height. Construction of a timber sliding gate at the existing driveway. Construction of timber gate and fence from corner of house out to the back of pavement on Parry Way.

Proposed Alterations and Extensions to existing dwelling through removal of existing bays to the north west elevations and removal and replacement of existing roof with an increase in pitch and construction of new gabled, 2 storey extensions to the north west, north east and south east and single storey extensions to the north west elevation. Re-facing of the entire building in quarry faced stone and creation of new windows.

Construction of two single storey ancillary annexes (one staff annexe and one storage and backup generator annexe) to support the main wedding venue, bar and restaurant on site.
