Condition 5 - Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved details of the soft and hard landscape works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The detailed landscape plans and particulars shall include details of size, species, positions and densities of all trees, hedges and shrubs to be planted together with a programme of implementation.
