Application for Listed Building Consent for the proposed conversion of and alterations to listed timber frame barn into a 4 bedroom dwelling; new boundary treatments, landscaping and other ancillary works including provision of parking spaces.

Conversion of former stable block to create 1no. 3 bedroom dwelling and 1no. 3 bedroom dwelling with annexe, associated works to the access, parking and landscaping.

Application for non-material amendment to planning permission reference number 20191051 for subdivision of the existing retail units at ground floor to provide 2 x new retail units, 1 x D2 Leisure together with the conversion and extensions of the upper floors. These will incorporate 1 office, and 35 residential units ranging from studio, 1 bed and 2 beds, as well as associated amenity, landscaping, parking, waste and cycle storage; to allow the reorientation of the projecting columns and position of the windows on the South and West elevation of the development.
