Removal of Conifer Trees To Boundary Facing Goodwood Crescent and Erection of Fence along the boundary and covering the existing vehicular access.

Various works to protected woodland: Trees numbered T05-T14 Holly - Removal due to being understory trees and to allow more light into the centre of the woodland; Tree numbered T17 Group of early mature Holly - Partial removal of centrally located trees to allow more dappled light to reach the woodland floor, retention of trees around the boundary; Tree numbered T39 Group of early mature Holly - Removal to allow more dappled light to reach the woodland floor; Holly Saplings - Removal of those centrally location, retention of those along the boundaries.

Beech Tree (T1) - Reduce the height and spread of the tree by up to 2m (approximately 30%) and cut back to boundary overhanging branches to rebalance the crown.

Conifer Tree (T1) fell and grind due to location in close proximity to neighbouring property and interference with boundary wall. A replacement Yew Tree will be planted.

The felling of one Ash Tree (T1) (fraximus excelsior) and one Cherry Tree (T2) (prunus avium) due to damage to boundary wall.

Lime Tree T1 (East boundary of Alex House car park) Reduce the crown by 1.5m and crown raise to 4m over car park; Elder Tree T2 (East boundary of Alex House car park) fell; Lime Tree T3 (East boundary of Alex House car park) Reduce the crown by re-pollarding to previous points as needed; Sycamore Tree (T4) (East boundary of Alex House car park) Reduce the crown by 2.5m and crown raise to 5m as needed, reduce back; Lime Tree T5 (East boundary of Alex House car park) Reduce the crown of T5 by 1.5-2m and crown raise to 3.5m; and Numerous Lime Trees T6, T7, T8,T9 (East boundary of Alex House car park) re-pollard to previous pollard points, Remove all lower growth as needed.

T1 - Mid mature declining Holly Tree adjacent to driveway entrance - Dismantle in sections to near ground level; T2 - Large Holm Oak Tree between driveway and Byway - Reduce crown by approx 2m overall, ensuring all cuts are made to secondary live lateral branches to maintain natural shape and form; T3 - Dead/declining Sycamore Tree on Byway - Dismantle in sections to near ground level; G.1 - Group of small Sycamore stems at rear of shed building - Fell in sections to near ground level to give clearance to building; T4 - Large Sycamore Tree overhanging Byway opposite cottage parking area - Remove Ivy and significant deadwood throughout crown; T5 - Large Oak Tree approx. 100m up Byway- Reduce large scaffold with tarot scar, by approx. 50% to reduce lever arm and minimise risk of failure, remove dead top; T6 - Very large, fully mature Yew Tree at eastern end of walled garden with recently failed bough, remove damaged branch, remove damaged branch back to suitable position, reduce over extended scaffolds on southern side back into profile of upper crown, ensuring cuts are made to secondary live lateral branches where possible-reduce remaining crown where required to balance shape and form; G2 - Group of mixed species within copse between walled garden and Owletts cottages, remove dead and declining trees throughout copse; G3 - Group of Field Maple, surrounding parking area of Owletts cottage, reduce height to approx. 2m to form manageable hedge; G.4 - Group of Hawthorn and Yew beside house Owletts cottage - reduce height to match G3; T7/T8 - two large Sweet Chestnut Trees, overhanging garden of Owletts cottage - Lift crowns by removal of large low scaffolds - reduce remaining overhang back beyond property boundary; and G.5 group of Holly, Beech and Hazel at north end of Owletts Cottage garden - prune back overhang to vicinity of boundary up to a height of approx. 3m to re-open view.
