Oak Tree (T1) 5m crown lift, removal of epicormic growth and minimal internal thinning and dead wooding of the crown Oak Tree (T2) pollarding of this 28m high & 21m lateral spread tree. Ash Tree (T3) pollarding to improve the light into the rear of the house/garden & that of the rear neighbour.

Works to protected trees; T1 Oak Tree - Cut back lateral branches next to pool by 2m and balance remainder of the tree; T2 Oak Tree - Remove low branch next to the house and T.3 Walnut Tree - Reduce to old pruning points.

Works to protected trees; Black Popular Tree - repollard the tree to the previous cut and growth points to bring more light toward the house.

Works to trees in a Conservation Area; T1 Cedar Tree and T2 Conifer - reduce the canopy of the northern side of the Cedar Tree away from the house and parking area, and crown lift of both trees from 5ft to 7ft along the pavement.

Works to three sweet chestnut trees in the front garden; 1 - Lift low hanging growth from the first lateral branches on trees marked 1 and 2 on the plan to the height of the horizontal level of the first laterals, approximately 7 metres; 2 - Reduce length of first lateral on the east side of tree no.1 by 3 metres due to a pronounced lean towards neighbours house; and 3 - Remove epicormic growth from the trunks of all three trees.

One Oak Tree (T1) - reduce crown by 40% (crown height from 13m - 8m and crown spread from 10 m to 6m) due to close proximity to neighbours house, being on a steep bank and power/phonelines also running close to the crown of the tree

One Silver Birch Tree - reduce branches extending towards house back into crown to create a more fastigiate shape, reduce the left hand branches (as viewed facing down garden from the house) back into the crown shape, and removal of epicormic growth to a height of approximately 4 metres. One multi-stemmed Sweet Chestnut Tree -felling of the two remaining 3-metre trunks for reasons of safety, as they failed to regenerate following previous works to prolong the tree.

Sweet Chestnut Tree (T1) Remove 1 stem of 3 that is overhanging the neighbouring house and property.

2 xno. Hornbeam Trees (T1 & T2) - Crown Lift and Reduction due to impact on footpath and neighbour property; and 1 x no Beech Tree (T3) Reduction away from main house.

Lime Tree T1 (East boundary of Alex House car park) Reduce the crown by 1.5m and crown raise to 4m over car park; Elder Tree T2 (East boundary of Alex House car park) fell; Lime Tree T3 (East boundary of Alex House car park) Reduce the crown by re-pollarding to previous points as needed; Sycamore Tree (T4) (East boundary of Alex House car park) Reduce the crown by 2.5m and crown raise to 5m as needed, reduce back; Lime Tree T5 (East boundary of Alex House car park) Reduce the crown of T5 by 1.5-2m and crown raise to 3.5m; and Numerous Lime Trees T6, T7, T8,T9 (East boundary of Alex House car park) re-pollard to previous pollard points, Remove all lower growth as needed.
