Redevelopment of the site including demolition of the southern part of the workshop building and existing corridor link at first floor level between Custom House and the outbuildings and conversion of Custom House, the coachhouse and outbuildings to include extensions, the Old Boathouse and the Boathouse with external alterations and erection of a new three storey building to provide 27 residential units (6 x 1 bed, 15 x 2 bed and 6 x 3 bed) with associated landscaping and parking.

Construction of a care home (within Class C2) associated parking, access, drainage, boundary treatments, landscape and other associated works.

Demolition of the existing Cascades Leisure Centre and public house and redevelopment of the site to provide a new leisure centre with community pool, leisure water, cafe, soft play, 'clip n climb' facility, a six court sports hall, fitness suite, spin studio, 2 no. fitness studios, 2 no. squash courts, a new tennis/netball court, improvements to the existing play area, landscaping across the site and associated car parking.

Demolition of the existing former public house building and redevelopment to provide a new 62 bed care home (Use Class C2) in a three-storey building together with associated access, car and cycle parking, structural landscaping and amenity space provision.
