Retention of Class E use including alterations to fenestration on side elevation

Alteration of a window to a door on north elevation in connection with repositioning of the entrance to flat 3.

Alterations to shop fronts at nos. 4 and 5; alterations to dormer windows in front and rear roof slopes; alterations to the internal layout; addition of cladding to front elevation; installation of air conditioning unit to rear elevation; and removal of chimney.

Alterations to the external façade, existing uninsulated garage door to be bricked up and an existing access door on the side elevation to be repositioned, two high level celestial windows not to open outward onto the street. Demolition of the garage, erection of a two storey side/rear extension, internal and external alterations (window and door positions) to the ground and first floor and alterations to the roof to form a bedroom in the loft space. Alterations to the drive and landscaping to the front garden.
