21/00402/TPO | Tree Preservation Order

7 Otterbeck Way Aiskew North Yorkshire DL8 1XL

Works to tree subject to Tree Preservation Order 1989/07 - T26 Sycamore. Remove stubs from historical poor pruning cuts. (1 at 80mm+ to rear of tree) for obvious reasons dead material that will decay. Removal of two undermined decayed and dangerous branches. Reason (danger to people and property) Reduce crown by 15-20% to be done to joints, properly to maintain trees natural shape. My customers would like to do this to keep neighbours happy as they feel that the tree hangs over too much and blocks light to the neighbours to the rear. (It is my hope that if this is done properly it will stop branches being lopped off for no reason! Hence the stubs at rear of tree) The tree also causes the customers cleaning problems to the conservatory and there rear garden is excessively dark
