Amendments sought are alterations to the single storey rear extensions.

Alterations to the existing conservatory style rear extension at ground and basement floor level to include, erection of a new flat roof raising the height of parapet walls to replace the existing glazed roof, alterations to the window and door openings, installation of new windows and doors following the removal of existing.

Erection of single storey rear extensions to the side and to the rear of existing back addition, following demolition of the existing conservatory and partial demolition of the existing back addition; alterations to the rear of the courtyard to include installation of a timber framed glazed door to replace an existing window.

Erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the existing back addition, following the removal of the existing conservatory extension; erection of a single storey rear extension at ground floor level to the side of the existing back addition, replacing the existing conservatory extension; replacement of existing south facing windows at third floor level with French doors and Juliet balconies; installation of a west facing window to the existing first floor rear extension; enlargement of the existing window to the rear elevation at ground floor level; alterations to the size of the existing rear garden outbuilding; alterations to the existing flank boundary treatment, following the removal of the existing timber section of this flank boundary, and the replacement of the existing single storey ground floor conservatory extension; alteration to the front garden wall; and removal of render, insulation of west wall and facing with matching brickwork.

Installation of a new rooflight above the main flat roof at roof level; internal alterations to include: second floor level - alterations to master bathroom and guest bathroom, new floorings to rooms, new built-in furnitures in bedrooms, installation of radiator behind radiator cover to guest room, enlargement of the guest bathroom by forming a new partition wall in between guest room and guest bathroom, new door positions and alterations to doors in between master bedroom and master bathroom; first floor - repairing of existing walls; ground floor - alterations to door opening positions of the study and reception rooms, new floorings and built in furnitures to kitchen and conservatory, new flooring to guest room and marble mantlepiece to be re-located from kitchen to reception room and new slate hearth wall panelling adjusted; associated internal alterations.

Retention of a single storey infill extension to the side of the existing back addition, flat roof with 2no. rooflights above the back addition, bi-folding doors to the rear elevation, and repositioned rear garden steps; retention of a door to the rear elevation of the existing conservatory extension; alterations to the roof of existing conservatory extension to include installation of a new mono pitched roof to replace existing roof.

Alterations to the rear elevation of the existing conservatory to include, installation of sliding folding doors following the removal of existing French doors and sidelights.

Erection of rear extensions at lower ground and upper ground floor level following the demolition of existing conservatory at upper ground floor level; alterations to the roof of single storey back addition; alterations to the roof of upper ground floor side extension to include the installation of an air conditioning unit, re-roofing and replacement of 2no sky lantern rooflights with a single flat rooflight; replacement of the existing window (of the side extension) with a door at lower ground floor level to the front elevation; reducing the height of the single storey back addition and installation of new railings (increasing in height) to replace the existing railings above the roof of single storey rear extension; installation of a new timber window at upper ground floor level and replacement of the existing windows at lower ground-floor level to the side of the back addition with new windows; internal alterations to closet wing at upper ground-floor including removal of partition walls and installation of double doors in connection with the installation of a new staircase and bathroom within the side extension, removal of kitchen from front reception room at lower ground floor level and alterations to chimney breast including reduction in size of existing opening and installation of salvaged fire surround from rear reception room at lower ground floor level, formation of a new kitchen in the rear reception room at lower ground floor level including alterations to the chimney breast and boxing in of existing door, enlargement of existing door opening from hallway to front reception room at lower ground floor level.
