Tree grows close to rear of building obscuring ground floor and 1st floor windows. Reduce crown by 1.5m T3 & T4- rear garden, Yew and Bay. Poorly pruned specimens in decline, remove to ground level.

Trees in Furnival Gardens overhanging clients garden 12 Upper Mall. Hornbeam (Carpinus betulus) x 5, reduce height to bottom of 2nd floor window sill, removing approx. 3-3.5m of growth. Reduce remaining crowns to the most recent previous reduction points, ensuring no overhang to Sussex House, 12 Upper Mall, removing approx. 2-3m of new growth. Retain some furnishing growth. Final height 6m, final overall spread 4m. Madenhair Tree (Ginkgo biloba), Reduce height to bottom of 2nd floor window sill, removing approx 3-3.5m of growth. Cut any growth on building side back to main stem, removing approx. 1-1.5m of growth. Final height 6m, final overall spread 2m.

T1) Bay(Laurus nobilis), reduce height by 1.5m to suitable growth points to maintain rounded top canopy line when regrowth appears; trim back sides by 0.6m to compact rounded form with emphasis on 1m clear separation from house wall/windows. Since last work carried out Nov 17 the tree has grown enormously it cuts out light of 1st and 2nd floor windows of our front house, overhangs significantly both adjoining properties and street and pavement below and touches cables. Crown thinning 30% and crown reduction 1.00 - 2.00 m
