The amendments sought include the addition of an infill at first floor level above the Deodar Road access point to facilitate access to a new internal stair at first floor level; extension of external walkway; removal of internal single storey staircase with floor void infilled at ground level; internal recess squared off at ground level - works in connection with updated fire safety strategy.

Amendments to Building B2 (88 Units) comprise; four additional units (increase affordable units by 10 and reduce market units by 6 to deliver 92 units); change unit mix; extension to Level 08 to allow lift access; addition green roofs at Level 07 and Level 08, alterations to balconies and roof terraces; change all glass balustrade to metal railings; reduce ground floor commercial floorspace from 553 sqm to 503 sqm; and optimise wheelchair adaptable units. Amendments to Building C (4 Townhouses) comprise; introduce a new basement level providing ancillary accommodation for each townhouse with direct access to the underground car park. Changes also include amendments to fenestrations, floor layouts, ground floor courtyards, adding new lightwells for the new basement and a roof light above each internal staircase.
