Pruning of a Horse Chestnut tree (T9), subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/12/7/69, by crown reduction of up to 3m to previous pruning points, crown thin by 15%, removing crossing/rubbing branches and any major deadwood, prune to give 2m clearance from property, removing secondary growth/branches only retaining lower screening, risk management enabling the retention of this tree in a stable form, to contain crown in a stable space with previous and established reduction regime.
