Pruning of a Eucalyptus Tree (T1) in the rear garden, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/347/02/07, by pruning the tree back to existing pruning points and remove all parts up to 75mm in diameter that are currently overhanging the garden and patio of No.631 King's Road. No works will be carried out to the owners' side of the tree (No.633 King's Road). In addition: (a) At height approx. 9.5 to 10m at boundary between position of the trunk and rear building-line of 631 by making cuts 1 (approx 85mm diameter), 2 (approx 100mm diameter) and 3 (approx 150mm diameter) shown in Photo 03 2023.jpg; (b) Complete removal of remainder of branch of approx. 150mm diameter emerging from trunk at approx. 7.5 to 8m height and growing over the garden of 631 towards patio area cut 4 shown in Photo 03 2023.jpg. (a) and (b) are directly related to works suggested by the LBHF Arboricultural Officer following visit to 631 in June 2009.

Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 2019/03265/FR3 granted 13th May 2022 for the 'Construction of a community garden within Frank Banfield Park, including construction of new part habitat wall boundary to Millie's Nursery, installation of a community store, shelter and accessible toilet, construction of new hard landscape footpaths to connect to existing park path network, installation of new site boundary fencing, internal site fencing, associated hard and soft landscaping.' Amendments to include: Community Garden Building 'Minor adjustment to container building footprint, to two standard containers, including accessible toilet within one of the containers, amendments to the external elevations including door and shutter window positions; Tiny Forest 'Change of native boundary planting to an Earthwatch 'Tiny Forest' specification with native tree planting; Earthworks 'Extended soil capping to area of imported topsoil capping extended to include the Tiny Forest area.

In grounds of building Tree 1: Low hanging branches obstruct vision around corner and catch on vehicles when in leaf. Prune back. Possibly Wild Cherry. Tree 2: Over-hanging wall and obstructing designated fire escape route. Branches to be pruned back. Possibly wild cherry Tree 3: Tree overgrowing over King Henry???s Reach driveway. Tree is becoming a hazard. Branches to be pruned back. Species: Suspect Butterfly Bush Tree 4: Damaged possible elder on boundary to King Henry???s Reach. Cut back or safely fell and remove. Overhanging within their boundary.

T1 - Bay (Laurus nobilis) - Tree growing in neighbours garden - reduce any overhang back to the boundary, removing approx. 2m of growth, including removing upright stem at 3.5m. Final height unchanged at 10m and final spread 6m.

X1 Yew: Fell to ground level - REAR Garden Tree is blocking light and has outgrown location, neighbours affected by the tree have agreed removal would be a good idea the tree has a poor dense canopy and poor shape, the roots are growing out of a mound of solid and the roots are affecting the boundary

Group G1 - this is a large group of trees running along the foreshore of the club on the riverside. It is predominantly populated by tall, single stem poplars and willows. The roots are relatively shallow and have a lot of decay present as they constantly under water and are rooted into soft mud. There were numerous trees blown over in the recent storm, some which were resting on the retaining fence leading on to the river. There are also various deciduous trees such as sycamores and maples at the top of the bank that have grown too large for their location. We would like to reduce the poplars and willows down to 6-8 meters in height to alleviate the weight and mechanical loading on the stems and root system. This will also prevent them falling onto the perimeter fence and causing it to fail. Some of them have been reduced in the past and will just be reduced back to previous points. The various other trees on the foreshaw need to be reduced in height to circa 12 meters to maintain a suitable size for their location. There are also various trees that are growing out of the retaining wall towards the river, these will be removed. The club have recently commissioned a survey from a specialist firm to determine the integrity of the retaining wall running along the clubs river boundary to assess the effectiveness of the flood defence. The report has found numerous weaknesses in the wall due to self-sown trees and vegetation which all needs to be removed before structural strengthening is undertaken. The idea is to retain the trees to maintain screening from the flats and warehouses on the opposite side of the river.

T1 - Ash tree - removal - REAR GARDEN Self seeded tree is grown right on the boundary line. Destroying the fence line. Its started to created garden damages.
