- I were told that the tree might be a walnut tree. - The tree is not listed in the TPO. It is in the REAR Garden and very close to the house as per the survey plan. - The tree might cause subsidence to the house and is blocking light. I would like to apply for a permission to remove the tree.

Tree grows close to rear of building obscuring ground floor and 1st floor windows. Reduce crown by 1.5m T3 & T4- rear garden, Yew and Bay. Poorly pruned specimens in decline, remove to ground level.
