Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of the planning permission ref: 2020/02222/FUL dated 30th October 2020 for the 'Erection of a single storey rear extension following the demolition of existing conservatory; excavation of the front garden to form lightwells in connection with the enlargement of the existing basement; replacement of existing rooflights with new rooflights at main roof level; installation of new doors and windows at ground floor level to the rear elevation; installation of a new window to the side of single storey back addition; alterations to the roof of single storey back addition.' Amendments sought are alterations to the single storey rear extensions.

Variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref: 2019/02289/FUL granted 24th December 2020 for the 'Erection of a single storey rear extension and side extension following the demolition of existing conservatory; excavation of the front and rear garden to form lightwells in connection with the creation of a new basement' to allow increasing the size of the approved basement, alterations to the front lightwell, alterations and enlargement of the rear lightwell.

Variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref: 2019/03142/FUL granted 14th January 2020 for the 'Erection of a front and rear roof extension involving an increase in the ridge height to match the existing ridge heights of the adjoining properties at 65 and 69 Carthew Road; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, on top of the existing back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side and rear of the existing back addition, following demolition of the existing conservatory.' Amendments to include the retention of a sky lantern above the main flat roof at roof level.

Variation of Conditions 2 and 8 to allow minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2019/00231/FUL dated 12th March 2019 for the "Erection of a rear extension at second floor level, on top of the existing back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side and rear of the existing back addition, following the demolition of the existing conservatory; and installation of bi-folding doors to the rear elevation at ground floor level." Amendments sought are the alterations to the size of the second floor rear extension with it increasing to occupy the full footprint of the first floor rear extension; alterations to the side window and to have fully opening, non obscured Juliet balcony to the rear (amended description).
