Non-material amendment to Condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning permission reference: 2020/00794/VAR dated 26th June 2020 for the "Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) and Condition 35 (composition of ground floor) and removal of Condition 33 (hours of opening for the A1 unit) of planning permission reference: 2018/02776/FUL dated 26th July for "Change of use of building from offices (Class B1) with mixed commercial units on the ground floor into a hotel (Class C1) with commercial use on the ground floor; recladding of whole building to all elevations; erection of a two-storey roof extension; erection of a ground floor infill extension to the front elevation; and associated highways works". Amendments sought are alterations to the layout of the approved ground floor with a reconfiguration of the reception area of the hotel and removal of the A1 coffee shop unit; and associated alterations to the shopfront to remove the entrance doors to the A1 unit."
