Pruning of a Eucalyptus Tree (T1) in the rear garden, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/347/02/07, by pruning the tree back to existing pruning points and remove all parts up to 75mm in diameter that are currently overhanging the garden and patio of No.631 King's Road. No works will be carried out to the owners' side of the tree (No.633 King's Road). In addition: (a) At height approx. 9.5 to 10m at boundary between position of the trunk and rear building-line of 631 by making cuts 1 (approx 85mm diameter), 2 (approx 100mm diameter) and 3 (approx 150mm diameter) shown in Photo 03 2023.jpg; (b) Complete removal of remainder of branch of approx. 150mm diameter emerging from trunk at approx. 7.5 to 8m height and growing over the garden of 631 towards patio area cut 4 shown in Photo 03 2023.jpg. (a) and (b) are directly related to works suggested by the LBHF Arboricultural Officer following visit to 631 in June 2009.

Pruning of 2 no. mature Lime Trees (T1 and T2) in the side garden, along the boundary with Bassein Park Road, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/19/3/70, by crown reduction to previous reduction points.

Pruning of a Cypress Tree located in the front garden boundary between nos. 2 - 3 Wormholt Terrace, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/146/9/87, by reducing height up to 4m and installing a cobra bracing.

Works to trees subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/300/9/01; T8, T9, T10 and T11 - Sycamore (Acer pseudoplantus) by reducing back to previous reduction points and remove any deadwood; T12 - Holm Oak (Quercus ilex) to cut hard back all overhanging branches to boundary line.

Pruning of a False Acacia tree (Robinia pseudoacacia) (T1) on the boundary adjacent to No.20, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/283/5/00, by reducing by approx 2-3 metres; and pruning of 2no. Sycamore Trees (acer pseudoplatanus) (T4 and T5) by reducing by 2-3 metres subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/65/12/77.

Works to trees subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/300/9/01; T1 - Holm Oak (Quercus ilex) by carry out a full crown reduction to previous pruning points; T2 - Holly trim to shape, balance and tidy; T4 - Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) fell to ground level due to evidence of heartwood decay; T5 - Holm Oak (Quercus ilex) to reduce entire crown to previous reduction points and cut back all overhanging branches to boundary fence line; T6 - Sycamore (Pseudoplatanus) to reduce entire crown to previous reduction points and to lift where necessary to 4m above ground level; T7 - Sycamore Tree (Pseudoplatanus) to reduce entire crown to previous reduction points and to lift where necessary to 4m above ground level.

Pruning of 6no. Lime Trees (T10, T11, T12, T13, T15 and T16) and 1no. Horse Chestnut tree (T18) in the front garden along the front boundary, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/12/7/69, by lifting of the lower crown of the trees to 5 metres to allow more light through the lower crown in to the front garden area and public footpath; and removal of the lowest limb of the Horse Chestnut tree over the driveway to allow more light through and to reduce encroachment.

Pruning of a Sycamore tree on the front right boundary adjacent to the road, subject to Tree Preservation Order: TPO/375/04/12, by trimming hard back to allow access for installing CCTV cameras (Exact meterage removed will have to be decided on the day).

Pruning of a Sycamore Tree (T1) situated in the driveway of the site on the boundary wall, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/7/2/69.
