Erection of a new three storey building to provide dining and library space, erection of glazed links inter-connecting to the main building to the south, the Brooke Building to the north and the Goodison Building to the west, following partial demolition of the existing library building and demolition of the existing link to the north; re-landscaping of the western courtyard for both outdoor dining and learning, and enclosure of the first floor terrace of the Goodison building to provide an extended sixth form common room; associated external alterations. Partial demolition of western boundary wall fronting Cambridge Grove, during the construction phase, and it's reinstatement following completion of the construction phase (including re-landscaping of the biology garden).
