Change of use of the existing two storey building from a storage use (Class B8) to residential (Class C3) consisting of a two bedroom dwelling house involving the erection of a two storey front extension, a dormer to the front roof slope, increase in ridge height, excavation of a basement and associated lightwell and associated fenestrational changes.

Change of use of first and second floor levels from a solicitor's office (Class A2) to 3no. one bedroom self-contained flats and erection of a rear dormer roof extension with associated Juliet balcony; erection of a two storey glazed rear extension to the side of the back addition at basement and ground level; installation of 3no. rooflights to the front roofslope; and installation of a residential entrance door to the front elevation at ground floor level.
